How to Manage Access to the App

Step 1

Go to your church group on Faithlife.com

Sign in to Faithlife.com using the same email and password you used to buy your subscription. Click on your church group in the left-hand sidebar.

Step 2

View your licenses

Scroll down until you find the “Settings” item in the left-hand sidebar. Click on it to reveal more options, and select the item named “Licenses.”

The group licenses page is a list of all the licenses your church is subscribed to. You’ll see how many licenses have been used and when your subscription expires.

Step 3

Sharing licenses to the Bible Engagement Project curriculum

Licenses to the Bible Engagement Project curriculum are automatically assigned to anyone who belongs to your church group.

One powerful feature of the Bible Engagement Project app is the ability for you to invite people directly to your church group or for small group leaders to invite people to their small group. When someone joins a small group, they automatically join your church group as well, which extends them a license to the curriculum.

By default, these licenses will be automatically assigned to anyone who finds and follows your church group. If you would like to limit license assignment to only people who have been invited to be members, select “Members” in the license assignment dropdown.

To revoke a license, remove the person from the church group. For more on removing people from groups, see Step 6 of Managing Your Digital Church.

Step 4

Sharing licenses to Logos Bible Software

When you subscribed to Bible Engagement Project, you automatically received one license to Logos Bible Software. You can assign that license, and any additional licenses you purchased for Logos, here.

To assign a Logos Bible Software license, click the “Assign” button next to the license. If the person you want to share with is not yet a member of your church group, you may need to invite them first.
