The Summit is a fundraising event held at Harbour Town at the exclusive Sea Pines Resort in Hilton Head, SC. Who can attend this event?
This invitation-only, fundraising event is intended for ministry and business leaders who have a passion for discipleship and seeing the Great Commission fulfilled around the world through Bible Engagement Project!
What is the cost of attending the event?
As a registered participant, we will be covering the following: one (1) hotel room, two (2) rounds of golf for one (1) golfer, plus two (2) banquet meals and one (1) celebration lunch on our final day together. All travel expenses and logistics to/from the resort will be at your expense.
Is there a minimum donation expected to attend?
Yes. Due to the nature of this being a fundraising event, there is an expectation to donate $12,000 or more to help us disciple the world through Bible Engagement Project. We would like to see the fulfillment of your pledge before the end of October 1, 2026.
Can I still attend if I am not a golfer?
Absolutely! Sea Island is a beautiful beach resort that offers something for everyone with activities such as, pickleball, horseback riding, a beautiful spa, fitness facility, and a gorgeous private beach.
Can my spouse attend with me?
Yes! Alongside the organized events, there will be ample time for you and your spouse to enjoy the beautiful surroundings at Sea Island.
If my spouse cannot attend, can I bring a guest?
Yes, you are welcome to bring a guest. However, if your guest requires their own room, that will be at your expense.
Can my spouse or my guest play golf with me?
At this time, your registration only includes two (2) rounds of golf for one (1) golfer. However, you are welcome to add your spouse/guest to a waiting list. For more clarity, please email Jim Mattix at [email protected].
