God has been listening to His people and answering their prayers since the beginning of time. When Elisha was surrounded by an enemy army, he knew he could depend on God. Elisha’s servant was afraid, but Elisha prayed and God revealed the heavenly army around them. Kids will learn that God hears them when they pray, and they need to listen for God’s response to their prayers. God may not always respond the way they want, but He will always answer their prayers if they are listening.
