Everyone can grow by learning from the experiences of others. Timothy received a lot of instruction from Paul that helped him to be a better Christian and leader. Timothy used that instruction to go on to help others too. As Christians we should be eager to learn from others, but God also wants us to lead others by setting an example and sharing encouragement.
