Throughout history the Bible has been proven to be true by archeology and other events. Although the books of the Bible were written by many people, they all speak to the truth of who God is. In our Bible story, Jesus reads a passage from the Old Testa-ment that foretold information about Him. Based on what He read, Jesus announced that He was the One the passage was about. Although the people probably knew that passage well, most chose not to believe Jesus. We can learn from Jesus’ example and choose to believe and obey God’s Word.
