In this session of Listen, preschoolers discover that God wants me to trust Him. We earn about Nehemiah and how he trusted God to help him rebuild the wall of Jerusalem. Even though Nehemiah was in another country and served in that country’s royal court, he still remained faithful to God. God gave Nehemiah favor as he served the king, and eventually, he was allowed to go back to Jerusalem and rebuild the wall. When we trust God, He makes a way that we do not see. Help your preschoolers understand that even when things aren’t going the way they think they should go, they can still trust God.
