Adam and Eve had a pretty good life. They walked with God, lived in a beautiful garden, and had a perfect relationship with each other. However their own selfish, sinful desires won out over their relationship with God. This brought shame and separation in their lives. But God had a plan, and that plan involved forgiveness through His Son, Jesus who paid the price for our sins.
