Today is the second part of the story we began last time. Today, we are exploring Jesus’ Resurrection after covering His Crucifixion in the last session. This is a week to celebrate that Jesus is alive. There is another opportunity for kids to respond to God’s offer of salvation. There is also the challenge to share the good news with others as we will discuss the Great Commission next time. As you go through this session, take time to think about the emotions of the people in our story today—fear and excitement. Then, celebrate because Jesus defeated death.
